Name of the register: Svante Gullichsen photography's online store customer register.
Purpose of processing personal data: Personal data is processed for the maintenance and management of customer relationships in our e-commerce customers, such as the contacts and direct marketing required by the customer relationship. The customer has the right to prohibit the use of personal data for direct marketing.
Information content of the register: The register contains the following information: Customer's first and last name, customer number, address information, telephone number, gender, e-mail, web address, language, information on marketing authorizations and prohibitions, information on customer purchases, deliveries and discounts, and possible usernames and passwords.
Regular sources of information: From the customer himself about e-commerce orders, via return and other forms, by phone, e-mail or other similar means.
Regular disclosures of information: The information is used only for customer relations and is not regularly passed on to third parties. However, the information may be disclosed in connection with activities related to the technical management of e-commerce (eg server or e-commerce platform management), the delivery of orders, the collection of unpaid invoices, and to the authorities if required and permitted by law.
Data transfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area: Data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Data retention and destruction: Customer register data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship. However, order, billing and payment information is retained in the same way as other accounting material. Data that has become redundant will be safely disposed of.
Use of cookies: We may use cookies to monitor visitor traffic and improve the quality of service, which are stored on the user's computer. Cookies are limited in time and do not harm the user's computer.
Principles of register protection: The customer register is treated confidentially. The registry is adequately protected from outsiders by firewalls and other technical means of protection. The register will be kept in electronic form only and random paper prints will be destroyed immediately and properly.
The register shall be used only by persons whose job description includes its use and who are bound by professional secrecy. Each user in the register has a personal username and password.
Right of inspection: In accordance with the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to inspect what information about him or her has been stored in the personal register. The request for inspection must be sent in a handwritten signed or equivalent certified document or presented in person at our office. Requests should be sent to the above-mentioned contact person, who will also respond to any requests for additional information.
Updating information: The customer can update their name and address information in their e-commerce profile. In addition, the customer may contact our above-mentioned contact person to update their information.
Other rights related to the processing of personal data: The customer has the right to refuse the processing of his data for marketing purposes. A request for a restriction on data processing must be submitted by e-mail to the contact person of the register.

Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus:Henkilötietoja käsitellään verkkokaupan asiakkaidemme asiakassuhteiden ylläpitämiseen ja hoitoon kuten asiakassuhteen edellyttämiin yhteydenottoihin ja suoramarkkinointiin. Asiakkaalla on oikeus kieltää itseään koskevien tietojen käyttäminen suoramarkkinointiin.
Rekisterin tietosisältö:Rekisteriin tallennetaan seuraavia tietoja: Asiakkaan etu- ja sukunimi, asiakasnumero, osoitetiedot, puhelinnumero, sukupuoli, sähköposti, www-osoite, kieli, tiedot markkinoinnin luvista ja kielloista sekä tietoja asiakkaan ostotapahtumista, toimituksista ja alennuksista sekä mahdolliset käyttäjätunnukset ja salasanat.
Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet:Asiakkaalta itseltään verkkokaupan tilauksista, palautus- ja muiden lomakkeiden kautta, puhelimitse, sähköpostilla tai muulla vastaavalla tavalla.
Tietojen säännönmukaiset luovutukset:Tietoja käytetään ainoastaan asiakassuhteiden hoitamiseen eikä niitä luovuteta säännönmukaisesti edelleen ulkopuoleiselle taholle. Tietoja voidaan kuitenkin luovuttaa verkkokaupan tekniseen hallinnointiin liittyvien toimien (esim. palvelimen tai verkkokauppa-alustan hallinnointi) yhteydessä, tilausten toimittamiseksi, maksamattomien laskujen perimiseksi, sekä viranomaisille näiden niin edellyttäessä ja lain salliessa.
Tietojen siirto EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle:Tietoja ei siirretä EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle.
Tietojen säilytys ja hävittäminen:Asiakasrekisterin tietoja säilytetään asiakassuhteen säilymisen ajan. Tilaus- laskutus- ja maksutietoja säilytetään kuitenkin muun kirjanpitoaineiston tapaan. Tarpeettomiksi käyneet tiedot hävitetään turvallisesti.
Evästeiden käyttö:Voimme käyttää evästeitä (ns. cookie), joiden avulla seurataan kävijäliikennettä ja parannetaan palvelun laatua ja jotka talletetaan käyttäjän tietokoneelle. Evästeiden voimassaoloaika on rajattu, eikä niistä ole vahinkoa käyttäjän koneelle.
Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet:Asiakasrekisteriä käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Rekisteri on asianmukaisesti suojattu ulkopuolisilta palomuureilla ja muilla teknisillä suojakeinoilla. Rekisteriä säilytetään vain sähköisessä muodossa ja satunnaiset paperitulosteet tuhotaan välittömästi ja asianmukaisesti.
Rekisteriä käyttävät ainoastaan henkilöt, joiden toimenkuvaan sen käyttö kuuluu ja joita sitoo vaitiolovelvollisuus. Jokaisella rekisterin käyttäjällä on henkilökohtainen käyttäjätunnus ja salasana.
Tarkastusoikeus:Jokaisella on henkilötietolain mukaisesti oikeus tarkastaa, mitä häntä koskevia tietoja henkilörekisteriin on talletettu. Tarkastusta koskeva pyyntö tulee lähettää omakätisesti allekirjoitetussa tai sitä vastaavalla tavalla varmennetussa asiakirjassa tai esittää henkilökohtaisesti toimistollamme. Pyynnöt tulee lähettää edellä mainitulle yhteyshenkilölle, joka myös vastaa mahdollisiin lisätietopyyntöihin.
Tietojen päivittäminen:Asiakas voi päivittää nimi- ja osoitetietojaan verkkokaupan profiilissaan. Lisäksi asiakas voi ottaa yhteyttä tietojensa päivittämiseksi edellä mainittuun yhteyshenkilöömme.
Muut henkilötietojen käsittelyyn liittyvät oikeudet:Asiakkaalla on oikeus kieltää hänen tietojensa käsittely markkinointitarkoituksia varten. Tietojen käsittelyn rajoitusta koskeva pyyntö tulee esittää sähköpostitse rekisterin yhteyshenkilölle.
