Overview
Svante Gullichsen photography (business ID: 2754886-9, address: Kasarmikatu 34b 18, 00130 Helsinki, hereinafter also the Broker) sells its works to and on behalf of companies and adult individuals.
These delivery terms are valid from 02.06.2020. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries.
Products and product prices
The price of the work includes VAT.
The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check this. prices from the shopping cart before accepting the order.
Shipping costs
The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) when you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. You understand that the order you accept and confirm is binding and creates an agreement between us with these terms of delivery.
Right of withdrawal
It is possible to cancel the order until the product has been sent to the customer and a written delivery notification has been sent to the customer. Once the work has been sent to the customer, the provisions of the exchange and return right below apply.
Notice of cancellation must be made clearly to our email below.
NOTE: Svante Gullichsen photography always reserves the right to claim compensation for damage caused by cancellation, such as unnecessary manufacturing costs, in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Such Ordered Products are itemized in the online store by product.
Exchange and return rights and conditions (distance selling)
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products. The return period starts from the day the customer has received the order and the customer is obliged to present, upon request, a receipt from the Post or other transport service stating the date of receipt.
NOTE: There is no right of return at all for those works that are printed on the customer's order pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 16, Clause 3) of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The product information on the e-commerce website states if the product does not have a right of return.
When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund. The returner must pay the cost of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
The customer undertakes to treat the returned or exchangeable product in his possession materially and in accordance with these terms and conditions at the risk of liability. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged against return.
If the goods are returned, they must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Upon request, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit.
The Broker reserves the right to take action on the purchase price, any additional clearing and settlement. to cover transport costs and any damages.

Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart. Ask more about billing and installment options at svante@svantegullichsen.com
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Shipping Method
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose in connection with your order.
Delivery time Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-14 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times will be announced in connection with the product options.

Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is defective, please report it as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after svante@svantegullichsen.com and we will agree on how we can rectify the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

Limitation of Liability
Svante Gullichsen photography shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages arising out of the order, delivery or product or for any of the above, except as otherwise provided in the Consumer Protection Act or any other mandatory law for such damages.
Disputes We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact Svante in the first instance to reach an agreement.
If the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

Svante Gullichsen photography (y-tunnus: 2754886-9, osoite: Kasarmikatu 34b 18, 00130 Helsinki, jäljempänä myös Välittäjä) myy tuottamiaan teoksia ja lukuun yrityksille ja täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille.
Nämä toimitusehtomme ovat voimassa 02.06.2020 alkaen. Voimme muuttaa toimitusehtoja yksipuolisesti aika ajoin, joten tutustuthan toimitusehtoihimme joka kerta etukäteen kun tilaat tuotteita verkkokaupastamme. Nämä toimitusehdot soveltuvat tuotteiden tilaamiseen verkkokaupassamme sekä vastaaviin toimituksiin.
Tuotteet ja tuotehinnat
Teoksen hinta sisältää arvonlisäveron.
Verkkokaupan tuotteiden ominaisuudet ja hinnat on esitetty kunkin tuotteen tuote-esittelyn yhteydessä. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin, joten tarkastathan ko. hinnat ostoskorista ennen kuin hyväksyt tilauksen.
Toimituskulut
Tilauksesta mahdollisesti veloitettavat toimituskulut riippuvat itse tuotteesta (esim. paino, pakkaus) ja valitusta toimitustavasta ja ne lisätään automaattisesti tilauksen loppusummaan. Näet tilauksestasi veloitettavat toimituskulut (jos toimituskuluja veloitetaan) hyväksyessäsi tilauksen.
Tilaaminen ja sopimus
Voit tilata tuotteita verkkokauppamme kotisivuilla siirtämällä niitä ostoskoriin ja vahvistamalla tilauksen ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisällön maksupalvelussa. Tilatessasi verkkokaupastamme sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihimme. Ymmärrät, että hyväksymäsi ja vahvistamamme tilauksesi on sitova ja synnyttää näiden toimitusehtojen kanssa sopimuksen välillemme.
Peruuttamisoikeus
Tilauksen peruuttaminen on mahdollista siihen saakka, kunnes tuote on lähetetty asiakkaalle ja tästä on toimitettu tälle kirjallinen lähetysilmoitus. Kun teos on jo lähetetty asiakkaalle, noudatetaan, mitä jäljempänä määrätään vaihto- ja palautusoikeudesta.
Peruuttamisilmoitus tulee tehdä selkeästi alla olevaan sähköpostiimme.
HUOM: Asiakkaan tilauksesta vedostettujen teosten osaltaSvante Gullichsen photography pidättää aina oikeuden vaatia korvausta sille peruuttamisesta aiheutuneesta vahingosta, kuten turhista valmistuskustannuksista Suomen kuluttajasuojalain 5 luvun 25§:n mukaisesti. Tällaiset tilaustuotteet on eritelty verkkokaupassa tuotekohtaisesti.
Vaihto- ja palautusoikeus ja niitä koskevat ehdot (etämyynti)
Asiakkaalla on Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Palautusoikeus koskee vain käyttämättömiä ja myyntikelpoisia tuotteita. Palautusaika alkaa päivästä jona asiakas on vastaanottanut tilauksen ja asiakas on velvollinen pyydettäessä esittämään Postin tai muun kuljetuspalvelun tositteen, josta vastaanottamispäivä ilmenee.
HUOM. Palautusoikeutta ei ole lainkaan niillä teoksilla, jotka vedostetaan asiakkaan tilauksesta Suomen kuluttajansuojalain 6 luvun 16§:n 3) kohdan nojalla. Verkkokaupan sivuilla olevissa tuotteen tiedoissa kerrotaan, jos tuotteella ei ole palautusoikeutta.
Palauttaessasi toimitetun tilauksen, liitä siihen mukaan nimesi ja yhteystietosi sekä tilinumerosi rahojen palautusta varten. Palauttajan on maksettava palauttamisesta aiheutuvat kustannukset. Näitä kustannuksia ei makseta takaisin palauttajalle. Kun palautus on hyväksytty, rahat palautetaan suoraan tilillesi palautuksen vastaanoton ja käsittelyn jälkeen.
Asiakas sitoutuu kohtelemaan hallussaan olevaa palautettavaa tai vaihdettavaa tuotetta asiallisesti ja näiden ehtojen mukaisesti korvausvastuun uhalla. Palautettavien tuotteiden on oltava alkuperäispakkauksessa, käyttämättömiä ja hyvin takaisinlähetystä vasten pakattuja.
Jos tavara palautetaan, on se palautettava viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua tavaran vastaanottamispäivästä lukien. Palauttajan on pyydettäessä näytettävä toteen, että tavara on palautettu määräajassa.
Asiakkaan virheellisen menettelyn (myöhästynyt palautus, palautettavan tai vaihdettavan tuotteen vahingoittuminen, kuluminen tai tuhoutuminen esimerkiksi käytön tai puutteellisen tai ohjeiden vastaisin pakkaamisen vuoksi, tai muuten näiden ehtojen tai lain vastainen palautus tai vaihto) johdosta Välittäjä pidättää oikeuden ryhtyä toimenpiteisiin kauppahinnan, mahdollisten ylimääräisten selvitys- ja kuljetuskulujen sekä mahdollisen vahingonkorvauksen perimiseksi.

Tilaus- ja maksuvahvistus
Onnistuneen tilauksen jälkeen sähköpostiisi lähetetään tilausvahvistus, joten annathan sähköpostiosoitteesi kun teet tilauksen. Tilausvahvistuksessa vahvistetaan myös käytetty maksutapa.
Jos emme jostain odottamattomasta syystä voi vahvistaa tilaustasi ilmoitamme siitä sähköpostiisi mahdollisimman pian.
Toimitustapa
Toimitamme tilauksesi jollakin käytössä olevalla kotisivuillamme mainitulla toimitustavalla, jonka valitset tilauksesi yhteydessä.

Lähetyksen tarkistus, virhe ja ongelmatilanteet
Tarkistathan toimituksen heti sen saatuasi. Jos tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi tai on virheellinen, ilmoitathan siitä mahdollisimman pian ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa svante@svantegullichsen.com, niin sovimme miten saamme virheen korjattua. Kuluttajakaupassa noudatamme virheitten osalta pakottavia kuluttajasuojalain virhevastuusäännöksiä.

Vastuunrajoitus
Svante Gullichsen photography ei vastaa mistään tilaukseen, toimitukseen tai tuotteeseen liittyvästä tai mistään edellä mainitusta aiheutuneesta välillisestä tai välittömästä tai muusta vahingosta paitsi siihen asti kuin pakottava määräys kuluttajanasuojalaissa tai muussa pakottavassa laissa on kyseisen vahingon osalta toisin määrännyt.
Erimielisyydet
Pyrimme sopimaan tilaustasi koskevat mahdolliset erimielisyydet ensisijaisesti sopimalla, joten otathan ensisijassa yhteyttä Svanteen sopiaksemme asian.
Jos kauppasopimusta koskevaa erimielisyyttä ei saada ratkaistuksi osapuolten välisillä neuvotteluilla, kuluttaja voi saattaa asian kuluttajariitalautakunnan (www.kuluttajariita.fi) ratkaistavaksi. Ennen asian viemistä kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsittelyyn kuluttajan tulee olla yhteydessä maistraattien kuluttajaneuvontaan (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
